1. Function Feature
HP19 series digital display voltmeter and ampere meter are mainly used to real-time measure the AC voltage, AC current, DC voltage, DC current in the electric circuit. It can be added with RS485 communication, analog output (AO) or out-of-limit alarm contact output (DO) function according to the actual demand. It has the following features:
★Measurement adopts the AC sampling RMS formula mode. Waveform and frequency change will not influence the accuracy of measuring basically.
★The display multiplying power can be set freely. It can easily match any specification of PT,CT or shunt.
★Buckle mounting way, no need of any tools to fulfill theinstallation.
★It provides the measuring error correction function, which avoid any deviation of measured value due to environmental change, time variation or other factors.
★It can be added with RS485 communication or alarm contact output (DO) function individually or together, and it can set the parameters such as communication rate, alarm upper and lower limit, alarm delay time, and so on. It supports DO remote control model.
★It can be added with RS485 communication or analog output (DO) function individually or together. The default value of analog output is DC 4~20mA, and it can be customized as DC 0~5V, 0~10V, and so on.
★There is electric isolation between the output port of communication, analog quantity, or alarm contact and power supply or the input port.
★It can be customized in this way, to input standard analog signal (for example, DC 4~20mA or 0~10V, and so on), then display the electric parameters or non-electric parameters such as Mpa, °C, rpm, r/min, m/min, and so on. Or it can be customized to the special meter which display data can be set freely.

AC ampere meter: AC 0.05~6A, when it is more than 6A, it needs to connect a */5A or */1A
CT externally and set the display multiplying power
DC ampere meter: DC 0.05~6A, when it is more than 6A, it needs to connect a */75mV
shunt externally and set the display multiplying power
AC voltmeter: AC 10~600V, when it is more than 600V, it needs to connect a */100V PT
externally and set the display multiply power
DC voltmeter: DC 0.1~600V
★ Accuracy class: ±(0.5% range + 1 character)
★ AC signal input frequency range: 40~70Hz
★ Power consumption of input loop: <0.5VA
★ Measure and display mode: RMS measuring, four-digit LED valid value display
★ Resolving ability: the bottom number 1 character
★ Measuring rate: about 3 times / s
★ Overflow indication: the upper limit overflow displays “- - -”,
the lower limit overflow displays “- - -”
★ Auxiliary power supply: AC/DC 80~260V
★ Power consumption of auxiliary power supply: < 3VA
★ RS485 communication: 1-channel, baud rate is 1200~9600, data format is n8.2
★ Communication protocol: MODBUS-RTU
★ Analog output: the default value is DC 4~20mA, load is <500Ω
★ Alarm contact output: the upper and lower limit of alarm adopts the same relay to output,
and then use LED lamp to indicate their alarming status
★ Alarm contact capacity: AC 250V / 1A
★ Alarming upper and lower limit range: can be set freely within the measuring range
★ Working environment: temperature is -10~+50°C, humidity <85% RH, without any
corrosive gas
★ Safety withstand voltage: using the AC 2kV withstand voltage test to measure between the
input terminal and the power supply terminal, between the input terminal and the RS485
communication terminal or the AO terminal

When order, please clarify the model, specification (including the measurement input specification and power supply), and quantity, if the user needs any
special requirements, please mark!
For example 1:  model HP194I-5T1  AC75/5A  quantity 200pcs, which means the 96 X 48 AC ampere meter, and it's defaulted as 75/5A when out-of-factory.
For example 2:  model HP195U-9T1  input DC 0-10V and display 0-50Hz  quantity 300pcs, which means the 96 X 96 DC voltmeter, and the panel display unit is Hz.
For example 3:  model HP195U-7S1  DC100V  power supply AC/DC 80~260V  quantity 100pcs, which means the meter has the RS485 communication and
contact output (defaulted as DO remote control) functions at the same time.
